FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will we have the place to ourselves?

We have 9 cabins on the property so there could be 9 different families on-site. The cabins are separated and you can certainly socially distance. If you want privacy we recommend you rent the entire ranch.

Do the rooms have kitchens?

Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. All cabins have access to our outdoor kitchen.

Oryx horn and elk antler (located in our rodeo arena) have shared access to a full kitchen in our arena.

Renting the whole ranch? You have use of our commercial-sized event venue kitchen. (Damage Deposit required)

Will there be a maid service, someone cleaning up after us during our stay?

We have staff come in before and after your stay. Please keep the common areas clean and trash picked up during your stay.

Can we ride the horses?

Yes. Please book through our Airbnb experiences page or contact the host at least a couple of days before you’d like to come out.

Appointments are required.

Can we pet the horses?

Yes, you may interact with our animals just be super careful and keep your hands away from their mouths. Do not enter stalls, corrals, pens without permission from the host.

Can we explore the property? Go on a hike?

Yes, we suggest you steer clear of the livestock and close all gates behind you.

Can we go on a hayride?

Yes, please ask the host prior to arrival to make arrangements.

Can we build a fire in the fire pit for smores?

Yes, please ask the host prior to arrival to make arrangements.

Can we go fishing?

Yes, we have a stocked pond, bring your fishing pole or borrow one of ours.

Is there a pool?

Yes, and yes, we do provide pool towels

Please do not have glass near the pool area

Is smoking allowed?

Yes, outside only, not in the arena or near the animals. Proper disposal of cigarette butts is required and if you choose to throw them on the ground you will be asked to leave
